Privacy notice
Turner Logic, LLC operates PinAccess™. This notice explains what personal information we collect through pinaccess.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Scope and operator
This notice applies to PinAccess accounts, FrontLine releases, machine reservations, saved payment methods, and support provided through pinaccess.com. Turner Logic, LLC, doing business as PinAccess, is responsible for this information. It does not cover a manufacturer, payment processor, carrier, or other third party's own website or independent privacy practices.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact information: first and last name, initials, gamertag, email address, and mobile number.
- Account and security information: verification status, session activity, IP address, browser and device details, fraud signals, and records used to prevent abuse.
- Reservation and transaction information: the release and offer you reviewed, accepted terms version, reservation status, amounts, payment status, refunds, shipping details when fulfillment begins, and related communications.
- Payment-method information: Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers and limited card details such as brand, expiration, and last four digits. Stripe receives and stores the complete card or bank details; PinAccess does not.
- Communications: messages, support requests, survey responses, and other information you choose to send us.
We receive most information directly from you. We may also receive payment status from Stripe, delivery status from fulfillment providers, and security signals from providers such as Cloudflare.
How and why we use information
We use personal information to:
- create, verify, secure, and support your PinAccess account;
- reserve your gamertag and prevent duplicate or abusive accounts;
- publish FrontLine offers, confirm eligibility and availability, process deposits and payments, and maintain transaction records;
- communicate verification codes, service notices, reservation updates, fulfillment details, and support responses;
- detect fraud, protect the service, enforce our terms, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- maintain and improve the reliability of PinAccess.
Legal bases for processing
Where European or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, we process information as needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as account security, fraud prevention, support, and service reliability. We rely on consent where the law requires it, and you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already completed.
PinAccess does not use personal information for solely automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. FrontLine availability is based on offer capacity, payment status, and timing—not personal profiling.
How we disclose information
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to service providers that support payment processing, fraud prevention, hosting, security, email, SMS, customer service, and delivery. We may also provide order and shipping information to the applicable manufacturer, fulfillment partner, or carrier when needed to supply your machine.
Basin processes contact-form submissions, including the name, email address, topic, message, source page, IP address, and related delivery or spam-prevention information needed to route and protect the inquiry.
We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business. Any successor remains subject to this notice for information collected under it.
We do not sell your personal information for money, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. PinAccess does not offer a financial incentive in exchange for personal information.
Retention, cookies, and security
Verification codes and incomplete registrations expire after 10 minutes. We keep an active account for as long as you maintain it. Reservation, payment, consent, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years after the transaction or longer when required by law, a dispute, or a legal hold. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here.
PinAccess uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for sessions, verification recovery, security, checkout, and saved preferences. We do not currently use them for cross-site advertising. Cloudflare Turnstile may process device and network signals to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can promise absolute security, so please protect access to your verified email address and mobile number and contact us if you suspect misuse.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your information; request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy; object to certain uses; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request to privacy@pinaccess.com. We may need to verify your email, mobile number, or other account facts before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with you. Some information may be retained where an exception applies, including transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records.
International users
PinAccess is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.
If you are in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the issue directly.
Age requirements
PinAccess accounts and FrontLine machine reservations are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create a PinAccess account, save a payment method, or reserve a machine. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this service. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Connected gameplay and public links
The same PinAccess account may be used on the web, in the mobile app, and in authorized manufacturer workflows. When you use connected features, we may process scores, achievements, leaderboard entries, machine-session activity, rewards or credits, selected profile details, and machine-linked metadata to provide those features and support payments where a participating location enables them.
Gamertags and gameplay information may be visible to other users in leaderboards and shared gameplay experiences. Some QR destinations are intentionally public. Manufacturer asset-tag details require sign-in and may display machine model, edition, manufacturer, machine number and manufacture-period details. These views expose product-facing metadata rather than private ownership or operational records.
We use this information to operate profiles, leaderboards and account-linked machine experiences, maintain machine identity and platform diagnostics, and respond to support or integration requests. Browser sessions use necessary cookies; verification recovery may use browser storage. On the integrated platform, expiration of a verification code does not itself delete an established account or its profile. Account deletion and the retention of transaction or security records follow the account controls and retention purposes described in this notice.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as PinAccess develops. We will post the revised notice and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@pinaccess.com. General account and order support is available at support@pinaccess.com.
