Agreement and eligibility

PinAccess is operated by Turner Logic, LLC, doing business as PinAccess (“PinAccess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, using pinaccess.com, or authorizing a reservation or payment, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit a payment.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your verified email and mobile access secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account activity. Your account and gamertag are for your use and may not be sold or transferred. We may reject or remove deceptive, infringing, abusive, or impersonating gamertags.

FrontLine machine reservations are currently available only to customers who reside in and will take delivery in the United States. PinAccess may cancel an ineligible reservation and return any captured deposit to the original payment method.

FrontLine offers and reservations

FrontLine offers access to limited allocations obtained from participating manufacturers. Unless an offer says otherwise, availability is first come, first served. Viewing a release or beginning checkout does not hold a machine. A reservation is confirmed only after the deposit succeeds and PinAccess records the payment.

Each verified PinAccess account may reserve no more than one machine from each FrontLine release. You may not use another account to bypass this limit. PinAccess may cancel duplicate or evasive reservations and return any affected deposit to the original payment method.

The final review page identifies the machine, edition, total price, deposit, shipping benefit, availability, and terms version that apply to your reservation. Those recorded offer details are part of these terms and control if they expressly differ from this general page. We may correct an obvious pricing, configuration, or publication error before accepting a reservation.

FrontLine access does not guarantee a serial number, exact production date, delivery date, or position within the manufacturer's schedule. Production plans and estimated dates may change.

Price, deposits, and final payment

Your deposit is a commitment to purchase the machine described on the final review page. It is credited toward the displayed machine price. Taxes, accessories, upgrades, delivery charges beyond an offered credit, and other clearly disclosed charges are additional.

PinAccess will send notice to your verified email address when the machine is ready for final payment. Full cleared payment must be received within seven calendar days after that notice. If payment is not received by the deadline, PinAccess may cancel your reservation, release the allocation, and retain your deposit to the extent permitted by law.

The payment page will identify the methods then available. Unless the offer states otherwise, a final balance paid by credit card includes a 3% convenience fee, while ACH carries no PinAccess convenience fee. Saving a payment method does not authorize a deposit, final balance, or other charge; each charge requires its own authorization.

Saving a card prepares your PinAccess account for faster FrontLine checkout. No charge is made when you save it, and saving the card does not authorize a future charge by itself.

By selecting the consent checkbox and completing card setup, you authorize PinAccess to ask Stripe to save the card to your PinAccess payment profile and display it for eligible transactions that you separately approve. This does not complete a reservation, purchase or payment.

Stripe receives and stores complete card details. PinAccess stores Stripe references and limited card information such as brand, expiration and last four digits. PinAccess does not store the complete card number or security code. Stripe or card networks may update the saved token when your issuer replaces or updates the underlying card.

Every deposit and other purchase requires separate review and explicit authorization for the displayed amount and applicable terms. Saving a card does not authorize automatic charges, recurring charges, machine balances, account refills or digital purchases. If a future payment can occur while you are not actively checking out, we will provide the amount or how it is determined, timing or frequency, and any additional terms and consent required.

You may remove a saved card through your account. Removal may be delayed while needed to resolve a pending transaction, dispute or legal obligation. Removal does not cancel a reservation, reverse a completed payment or eliminate an amount owed. Transaction and consent records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice. Refunds and cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once charged unless PinAccess cannot provide the reserved machine or applicable law requires otherwise. A production delay, schedule change, or revised estimate does not by itself mean that a machine cannot be delivered.

If PinAccess cancels the offer or confirms that it cannot supply your reserved machine, we will refund the full deposit to the original payment method. Processor and financial-institution timing is outside our control. Deposits and reservations may not be sold or transferred without PinAccess's written approval.

PinAccess may cancel a reservation for failed or reversed payment, missed final-payment deadline, fraud, abuse, legal restriction, or materially false account information. Final machine sales are not returnable except as stated in a title-specific offer, an applicable manufacturer warranty, or non-waivable law.

Shipping, credits, and delivery

Eligible FrontLine offers may include up to a $500 shipping credit for delivery within the contiguous United States. The review page controls the exact credit. Credits apply only to eligible delivery charges, have no cash value, and do not cover costs above the credit, special handling, storage, redelivery, taxes, duties, or international shipping unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and for being available to receive the shipment. Inspect the machine before accepting delivery, note visible damage on the carrier paperwork, photograph it, and contact PinAccess promptly. Delivery, risk-of-loss, and damage claims remain subject to applicable law and the carrier's terms.

Products, manufacturers, and warranties

Machines are produced by the manufacturer identified on the release page. Approved specifications, features, artwork, and schedules come from that manufacturer and may be updated before production. We will disclose a material change that affects your order when reasonably practical.

Product warranties, service procedures, exclusions, and remedies are governed by the manufacturer's written warranty supplied with or for the machine. PinAccess may help coordinate support but does not expand a manufacturer's warranty. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.

Site use and intellectual property

You may use PinAccess only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or allocation controls, automate reservations, create abusive or fraudulent accounts, scrape non-public information, or use the service in a way that harms PinAccess, a manufacturer, or another customer.

PinAccess^™, PinAccess FrontLine^™, Your Identity in Pinball^™, site software, designs, text, and other PinAccess materials are owned by Turner Logic, LLC or its licensors. Machine names, artwork, and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners. No ownership right is transferred by using the site or buying a machine.

Connected platform and public links

PinAccess also provides mobile and web account features, connected gameplay, profiles, achievements, leaderboards, rewards, public QR entry points and authorized manufacturer tools. You may use these features for their intended lawful purposes. Features depend on the participating machine, venue, configuration and service availability; they may not be available at every location or on every machine.

Some public links are viewable without signing in. Restricted account, machine-management and manufacturer workflows require authentication and the appropriate permissions. Do not enumerate private records, interfere with machine sessions, impersonate users, venues or manufacturers, or bypass safeguards protecting restricted workflows. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

Venue payments and credits, including PinPay where enabled, depend on the location, machine configuration and applicable third-party payment handling. Review the displayed price and transaction-specific terms before authorizing a payment. These venue experiences are distinct from FrontLine machine reservations and do not change the deposit, final-payment, shipping or refund terms of an existing reservation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pinaccess.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays, carrier delays, network outages, payment-network interruptions, events beyond our reasonable control, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinAccess's aggregate liability arising from a specific reservation will not exceed the amount you paid to PinAccess for that reservation. These limitations do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General terms

These terms and the recorded title-specific offer are the agreement between you and PinAccess concerning the service and reservation. You may not assign the agreement without our written consent. We may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the relevant business. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer law, disputes must be brought in the state courts located in Kendall County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. The terms version recorded with an existing reservation continues to govern that reservation unless a change is required by law or you agree to revised terms. Notices may be sent electronically to your verified email.
